Please find below instructions to upload your multimedia to our web site.
In order to use this section, the user must have an account with Le Treport. Accounts are assigned to all of our customers, who have signed a contract to have a venue in our premises. In some cases exceptions may be granted. Before proceeding to the SIGN UP section, please have this account ready. In case you do not have one or you forgot it, contact the coordinator at:
Before you start uploading your multimedia content, please sign in. Only signed in users will be able to upload videos and photographs.
After signing in, you can upload any videos or photographs related to your venue and filmed at our facitiy. After the sign in, a sub-menu will be presented as follows:

THE ALBUM PAGE
The first section of the upload procedure will set up a page for your exclusive use. This page will be known as an ALBUM, which will be titled by you. There is no limit on the number of videos or photographs allowed to be in your album. Each media will have its own description. Please, use proper language as we will not allow foul language.
Next, the user must decide whether each multimedia is marked as public or private. Private items can only be watched by authorized users,
Please note that only Public Videos are allowed to participate in the Trip for Two to Cuba. The reason being, we want the general public to participate in choosing the winner.
Next will be a button named CONTINUE, which will take you to the panel where your videos and or photographs can be selected from your device and uploaded.
Your video will be edited by our staff to conform with our internal requirements. The content, quality, and length will not be changed. However, the file format maybe converted, along with the size. Same procedure will be followed for photographs. No retouching will happen to them.
Within 24 hours, your content will be online.
By uploading your multimedia, you are given us the rigths to publish it in our web site and use it for marketing purposes, except for those items marked private.
