By joining our community, you will be able to participate in posting your venue at Le Treport digitally. There several options for you to take advantage for being our client. Your event, whether it will be your wedding or your social-family venue, can be posted before it happens and after the wonderful experience at our facility.
In the first case, you as a registered owner of a contract with us can let all the world or your loved ones only, know about your venue using the EVENTS menu option.
In the second case, multimedia can be uploaded and displayed for the people you want to to share on the memories. Your memories will be available using the GALLERY menu option.
First: the simple rules.
Our community is divided into groups.
Each group corresponds to an event, current, past and future.
Each group is owned by the person or group who had purchased a service at our facility for an event. This user will be known as the "owner". An owner will be able to upload and remove content and add or remove users. In this way owners are the sole responsible persons of their own content and who can browse it. Owners will have to decide to make their content private or public.
Private means: only the group members will be allowed to upload and view their content. Public means: you know!
In order to access this benefit, a valid email address and the Le Treport Contract number is required. If you do not have a number, please use the form titled "NO CONTRACT NUMBER". Only those with the same phone number listed in the contract will be contacted and allowed to proceed.
