From Our Banquet Hall
When you require us to care for your social/family or corporate event, the Sales Department provides us with the following information about you and your social/family or corporate event enable us to administer your purchase:
When you hold your events with us, your Captain, Maitre D’ may also provide us with information regarding your service experience including your name, contact information, service date, and customer satisfaction such as servers behavior, guests behavior, food likeness, complains and complements received, completion date, and time.

From Credit Agencies
When you pay your contract with a credit card or cheque, where you have provided your consent, we may request information that allow Le Treport to confirm your contact information and information about your financial status so that we may accept your form of payment.
From Other Parties
We may acquire a list of names and addresses, which may include your name and address where you have given your consent, from list vendors to send promotions or product information to the names on the list. We also have relationships with third parties with whom we conduct joint marketing activities such as contests through which we may obtain your name and address and other information about you with your consent. These activities clearly identify the other parties involved and provide information about their privacy practices. Any such other parties are bound by their privacy policy, not ours.
